James Fink, Ph.D.

As Senior Director, Epilepsy Therapeutics Lead, James leads several epilepsy and neurodevelopment therapeutic programs and drives the development of high throughput assays of synaptic transmission at Quiver Bioscience. James has greater than 10 years of experience in neurodevelopmental disorders, synaptic plasticity, and stem cell-derived neuron differentiation. He received both his B.S. in Biology and Psychology and Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Connecticut, where he used electrophysiology and calcium imaging to discover cellular phenotypes associated with Angelman syndrome and Dup15q syndrome patient (iPSC)-derived neurons.
